My Self Care To Do List:

- Give my hands and feet some TLC. Mani and pedi time.
- Go for a walk at the nature center.
- Binge Watch Season 2 of ”Love Is Blind” on Netflix.
- Sleep In. I give myself at least one day to sleep in.
- Clean out my fridge.

- Grocery shop and cut my fruit.

- Try not to get on my phone much.
- Write and edit.
- Spend time with my husband and kids.

Those are my 15 self care activities for this weekend. It’s a combination of taking care of my mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Before the day ends make sure you get your list together.
